Our service includes:

- Bank Account
How long does the process take?
On average, 2 to 3 weeks from the moment all documents are submitted. Timelines may vary slightly depending on government response times.
Do I need a Mexican partner or can I own 100% of the company?
Foreigners can own 100% of a Mexican company. You do not need a local partner.
Do I need a legal representative in Mexico? What if I don’t have one?
Yes, all Mexican companies are required to appoint a legal representative — but you don’t need to find one yourself. At MBP, we provide a trusted legal representative as part of the incorporation service. This person will be authorized to act on behalf of your company before the SAT (Mexican tax authority) and will have an e.Firma (digital signature).
If you prefer to appoint your own representative later, we can help you make that transition safely and legally.
